  • Most transactions are final and cannot be “undone.”
  • Therefore, refunds are exceptional cases and require prior review.

2. Situations We May Review

We may review your refund request in cases such as:

  • A clear technical error by our platform when processing your transaction.
  • A duplicate charge for the same service.
  • A contracted service that was not provided as expressly agreed, and where DIGIMBIT is responsible.

The fact that we review your case does not mean that the refund will be automatically approved.

3. Situations Where Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds will generally not apply in cases involving:

  • Errors made by the user when entering data, amounts, or wallet addresses.
  • A change of mind after confirming the transaction.
  • Loss of access to wallets, passwords, or devices by the user.
  • Losses due to volatility or changes in digital asset prices.
  • Transactions linked to misuse, fraud, or illegal activities.

Fees and charges from third parties (banks, payment processors, blockchain networks, etc.) are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Review

If you believe a refund applies, please email us at enlace@digimbit.com within 5 business days following the transaction or from the moment you detect the issue.

Your email must include:

  • The name and email address registered on the Site.
  • The transaction number or receipt.
  • A brief explanation of what occurred.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts, payment references, etc.).

If additional information is required, we may request further details before continuing the review process.

5. Review and Refund Method

  • We will analyze the technical and operational information related to your case.
  • We will inform you whether the refund is approved or denied within a reasonable timeframe, which may be extended if third parties (banks, processors, networks, etc.) are involved.
  • If approved, the refund will preferably be issued using the same payment method you originally used, or another method agreed upon with you, taking into account external processing times and costs.

DIGIMBIT may deny a refund if the request does not comply with this Policy or if there are indications of fraud or misuse of our services.

Our team will handle your case with the appropriate level of seriousness and confidentiality.
